The Vistive™ low-lin trait is the first of many food quality traits under development by Monsanto. Upcoming products include:

1. High-stearate oil for food products that require solid fat such as margarine and shortening.

2. Omega-3 enhanced oils represent an environmentally sustainable economical source of Omega-3s, providing new options for omega-rich foods.

3. Low saturates plus mid-oleic plus low-linolenic oil combines lower saturated fats, lower trans fats and improved stability.

These are just a few new soybean quality Trait products in the pipeline. These products and others which will bring health benefits to consumers, represent Monsanto's commitment to the North American farmer and consumers.
