1. High-stearate oil for food products that require solid fat such as margarine and shortening.
2. Omega-3 enhanced oils represent an environmentally sustainable economical source of Omega-3s, providing new options for omega-rich foods.
3. Low saturates plus mid-oleic plus low-linolenic oil combines lower saturated fats, lower trans fats and improved stability.
